Bradley K. Hammond

Brad Hammond comes to Day & Robert, P.C. with a rich and diverse educational background. He served with the United States Marine Corp for four years before receiving a BS in Psychology and an MS in Education from Illinois State University. After graduating from Southern Illinois School of Law in 2004, he was admitted to the Illinois Supreme Court and Northern District of Illinois in 2005.

Brad first served as an associate attorney for Garretson & Santora, Ltd in Chicago before joining the firm of Michael W. Hanson, P.C. in Joliet.  Since joining Day & Robert, P.C. in 2007, Brad has focused his practice on general litigation, land use, eminent domain, estate planning and landlord/tenant matters.

Most recently, Brad published the sixth chapter of Forest Preserve Districts, Special Districts (Ill. Inst. for CLE, 2009).  He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, as well as the DuPage County Bar Association.
